1. Acceptance of Terms

shopflote.com (the “Site”) is operated by FLOTE Labs Inc. (“FLOTE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Pre-Order Terms, and our Cookie Policy.

• An order is not accepted until we send a shipping confirmation or, for pre-orders, an order confirmation email.

• Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets offered at checkout.
• Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, including for pre-orders.
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@flotelabs.com to attempt an informal resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

10.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, taking place in Pinellas County, Florida. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

10.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Site.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Pre-Order Terms, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FLOTE regarding your use of the Site.
